Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 178 of 2024, under Section 103(1) of BNS and Sections 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station - Chhaprauli, District - Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, on 18.07.2024 at about 06:30 PM, the applicant along with two unknown persons, arrived at the informant's residence and took the informant's wife with them. It is alleged that she was assaulted on the way and sustained a stab injury, which was witnessed by Nitesh, Nishant, and Manish. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR.
