The present bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 719 of 2025, under Section 8/18/21/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Baradari, District- Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 211 gram Heroin, 265 gram of Afeem, a bottle of Hydrochloride Acid etc. are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of co-accused persons. Applicant is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
