This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 278 of 2025, under Sections 3/5-A/8 , 5 of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and under Sections 109, 318(4), 336(3), 338 & 340 (2) B.N.S and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Syed Raza, District Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.09.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Mohamjmad Rafi has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 12.01.2
