Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Yagyavalka Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant, Sahil with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 383 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 b (ii) C/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Pallavpuram, District- Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 20.600 Kilogram Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and other co- accused persons. The recovered contraband is marginally above than the commercial quantity. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
