This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 169 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Dumariyaganj, District Siddharthnagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged against one unknown person and the name of the applicant came into light during the course of investigation. He submits that the allegation of slaughtering of animals is false. He submits that there is no recovery of cow progeny or cow meat or any other incriminating article from the possession of the present applicant.
