As per prosecution story, the applicant armed with a danda alongwith co- accused person is stated to have stabbed the deceased person causing his death on 7.9.2025 at about 9.00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
