Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 445 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) read with Section 3(5), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Civil Lines, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by more than one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the allegations are per se false. The eye-witness was present at the time of the inquest proceedings but he did not whisper a single word against the applicant, which was taken much prior to the institution of the FIR, as such, the FIR has been instituted as an afterth
