The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.274 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 109, 333, 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffar Nagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, in all nine accused persons were named in the FIR alongwith some unknown person who are stated to have assaulted and caused stab wound to Shyam Kumar, whereby the informant and one Rajeev Kumar rushed to save him and they were also injured by other accused persons who were carrying lathi, danda and sword. 5.
