This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vikas, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 170 of 2025, under Sections 309 (6), 317 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kurra, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 9.10.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant had arrested the applicant on 7.10.2025 and falsely shown to be arrested in this very case crime number on 9.10.2025. Re
