This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Nirmal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 434 of 2025 , under Sections 109 (1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/25 of Arms Act , Police Station Sirsaganj , District Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 5.8.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that role of giving knife blow has been assigned to the applicant whereas in the injury report of injured there was no injury of knife blow mentioned.
