Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 103 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 70(2), 137(2), 315 of BNS, Sections 5g/6 of POCSO Act and Sections 3(2)(V) of SC/ST Act, Police Station - Mangalpur, District - Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not named in the FIR. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that the FIR was instituted against unknown person as the dead body was not identified.
