List has been revised. Supplementary affidavit filed today by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Akash Tomar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 191 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 140(1), 103(1), 238, 3(5), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station - Kapoorpur, District - Hapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not named in the FIR. His name has come up in the statement of the witness Firoz which has been garnered subsequently as an afterthought.
