Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.161 of 2024, under Sections 147, 504, 506 and 302 I.P.C., Police Station Sigra, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons, namely, Kanhaiya @ Shivam Gaud and Vishal @ Vikash Kumar, have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.40814 of 2024 and 3728 of 2025, as such, since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who have already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bai
