Bail Application No. 25260 of 2025, Amit Pandey vs. State of U.P., copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the bail application. The applicant- Amit Pandey, has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 279 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 61 (2), 318, 319, 338, 336 (3), 340 (2) BNS and Section 66-C and 66-D of I.T.
