Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.91 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Lotan, District Siddharthnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that it is a clear-cut case of false implication. The FIR was instituted at 5:40 p.m. The distance between the place of occurrence and the police station is eight kilometers. It is not possible for the informant to be present at two places at a go.
