Heard Sri Anupam Laloriya, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 61 of 2024, under Section 302 of IPC, Police Station - Reuna, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. Two witnesses of fact i.e. P.W. 1 and P.W. 2, have been examined in court and have not supported the prosecution story. They have completely resiled from their earlier statements given to the I.O. and the allegations of the FIR.
