List has been revised. Learned counsel for the informant is not present. 2. Heard Sri Vijay Tripathi, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.217 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Linepar, District Firozabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is the solitary accused person, but he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is in jail since 06.08.2023 and is ready to cooperate with trial. In case, he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. 5. Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into co
