This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 83 of 2025, under Section 305 (A), 317 (2) of B.N.S and Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station Purkaji, District- Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.05.2025. There is no independent witness of the alleged incident. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused namely, Amir @ Lal has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2026 in Criminal Misc.
