This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 51 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Gagalhedi, District Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.10.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Mursaleen and Arshad have already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 23.09.2025 and 18.09.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 12202 of 2025 and 31086 of 20
