The present 2nd bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 215 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 258-Kha of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Rajatalab, District Varanasi. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.09.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail application No. 4013 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 22.11.2024. Sri P. C. Srivastava, learned Senior Counsel while pressing the second bail plea on behalf of the applicant has vehemently submitted that the applicant is the son of the deceased and also the informant of the present case.
