This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 225 of 2025, Sections 109, 305, 317(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 25/4/3 of Arms Act, and Sections 3/5A/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Kishanpur, District Fatehpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.09.2025.
