Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 06 of 2025 under Sections 137(2), 87, 352, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 5L/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Khejuri, District Ballia. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the FIR has been lodged after the delay of 6 days of which no explanation has been submitted by the informant. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant has n
