The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sanjay @ Ramnarayan Lodh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 279/2022, under Sections 302, 201 of IPC, Police Station- Mohana, District- Siddharth Nagar, during pendency of trial. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court on 07.05.2025. The Addl.
