The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 103 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Masoori, District Ghaziabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is a crippled person, as he is unable to walk from his lower limbs, as such, it is impossible for him to assault the deceased with a firearm weapon or with a hammer. The applicant is in jail since 16.4.2025, as such, the period of his incarceration is nine months and not a single witness has been examined to date. He is ready to cooperate with trial.
