It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Rajesh Yadav Alias Pintu has already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 33897 of 2025 as such, since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused,
