This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Arghya Adhikari, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0320 of 2025, under Sections 204, 205, 318, 319, 336 (2), 338, 339, 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 66C, 66D of Information Technology Act and Section 3/4 of the Emblems and Names (EMB) Act, Police Station Phase-III Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.8.2025. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet
