This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 84 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) & 61(2) of BNS, Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Rakabganj, District Agra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the F.I.R. does not disclose the quantity of meat recovered from the possession of applicant and other co-accused as such false implication of applicant cannot be ruled out.
