Bail Application No. 10359 of 2025, Rohit Yadav vs. State of U.P., copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the bail application. The applicant- Rohit Yadav, has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 357 of 2024, under Sections 109 (1), 3(5), 61 (2), of the BNS and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station-Tharavi, District-Prayagraj, during the pendency of the trial.
