This is third bail application of the applicant. 3. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by the coordinate Bench of this court on 08.05.2024 for want of prosecution / default. 4. The second bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court by the order dated 12.05.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that ten prosecution witnesses have already been examined before the trial court, therefore, there is no possibility for the applicant to tamper with the prosecution evidence. He is in jail since 08.06.2021 i.e., for more than 4 years. He is an under trial and cannot be kept behind bars indefinitely. He has no prev
