The applicant was earlier granted bail by the order dated 09.01.2023 by this court. He could not attend the trial on 07.07.2025 and thereafter his bail was cancelled and he is in jail since 04.09.2025. Counsel for the applicant submits that because of illness of his mother, he could not appear before the trial court on seven dates. The applicant is in jail since 04.09.2025 and has criminal history of one case to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
