Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Brij Kumar Mishra @ Shubham Mishra has already been enlarged on bail by co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.01.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 6521 of 2024, copy of which order is at page no. 13 of the supplementary affidavit, which has been filed today in the Court and is taken on record. It is thus contended that the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity.
