This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 269 of 2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/25 (1-B)A/27 Arms Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Budaun. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.9.2025. The applicant has no criminal history. No offence as alleged in the FIR has been made out against the applicant.
