The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Dharmendra with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 418 of 2025, under Sections 85, 109 (1), 115 (2), 351 (3), 352 BNS & 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station-Kotwali Dehat, District-Bulandshahar, District-Meerut, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 11.06.2025. He further submits that a first information report was lodged by the informant against the applicant and his other family members with the allegation that marriage of his niece was solemnized with the applicant on 21.05.2021 and from the date of marriage the applicant and other family memb
