This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 104 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act and section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act,, Police Station Dhina, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 31.10.2025. No offence as alleged in the FIR has been made out against the applicant. The applicant was not named in the FIR. He is vehicle owner and was not arrested from spot.
