This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 367 of 2025, under Sections 8/20/29 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Saini, District Kaushambi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 29.10.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Ram Kumar Sonkar, Sunil Kumar Patel, Rahul Yadav and Pankaj Vishwakarma have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide orders dated 11.12.2025, 18.12.2025, 05.01.2026 and 01.12.2
