The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 116 of 2023 under Sections 364A, 302, 201 I.P.C. Police Station- Kotwali Nagar Mahoba, District-Mahoba with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that applicant is not named in the F.I.R. The applicant has nothing to do with the allegations levelled in the F.I.R. and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is in jail since 28.03.2023 and he is ready to cooperate with trial. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. 5.
