Heard Sri Neeraj Singh Yadav, learned counsel for applicant, Shri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 307 of 2004 under Section 302 of I.P.C. at Police Station-Sirsaganj, District-Firozabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per the prosecution story the applicant is stated to have shot the son of the informant at about 1.30 pm on 27.09.2004. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the FIR is prompt one as the same is said to have been instituted after one hour of the incident. The informant and his family member did not care to take the deceased person to the hospital, but insisted on institution of F.I.R. and the said F.I.R. is counter blast to the F.I.R. instituted in the year 1999
