The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 268 of 2020, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Swar, District Rampur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that in the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by the Additional Session Judge, Court No. 5, Rampur, vide order dated 29.07.2020.
