The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court on 03.06.2025 by this court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of circumstantial evidence. The applicant has been implicated in this case because the last call was made by the deceased on his mobile phone. The C.C.T.V footage has also been collected but there is no F.S.L report of the same. It has further been submitted that out of 22 prosecution witnesses, only two have been examined before the trial court. The applicant is in jail since 27.06.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
