Heard Shri Surendra Mohan Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Parvesh Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 86 of 2025, under Sections 318 (4), 338, 336 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 34 of Aadhar Card Act, 2016, Police Station Etwa, District Siddharth Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.9.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Shivbalak has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 22.8.2025 in Criminal Misc.
