This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Priyansh Saxena, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 238 of 2024, under Sections- 137 (2) of B.N.S. Police Station- Nawabganj, District-Farrukhabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.10.2025. First Information Report has been lodged on 18.10.2024 with the allegation that on 17.10.2024 the minor daughter of the first informant went for market and thereafter not returned to home and there is an apprehension that one Agan has enticed away her. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that ne
