The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Arjun Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.795 of 2023, under Sections 147, 302, 201, 34 I.P.C , Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 01.5.2025 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there is no credible evidence against the appellant except his confessional statement recorded before the police and recovery of knife allegedly made on his pointing out.
