This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mohd. Haroon, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2025, under Sections 115 (2), 324 (6), 309 (4), 191 (2), 351 (2), 308 (2), 310 (2) BNS and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Kotwali Orai, District-Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.07.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits
