Bail Application No.21346 of 2022. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.508 of 2021, under Sections 302, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Babugarh, District Hapur, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Manish @ Mintu has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 19.1.2024 passed in Criminal Misc.
