Court No. - 49 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J. This is the second bail application. Heard Ms. Tanya Makker, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 73 of 2024 (S.T. No.1169 of 2024) under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323, 324 I.P.C. at Police Station-Ghazipur, District-Fatehpur. The applicant is in jail since 08.04.2024. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 06.11.2024. The trial is on foot. The eye witnesses are yet to be examined. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed. Ms. Tanya Makker, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial is moving at a snail's pace and the directions of this Court contained in the order dated 06.11.2024 have not been complied w
