Heard Sri Ashutosh Gupta, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.109 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) and 238(A) B.N.S., Police Station Jamuna Par, District Mathura with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. It was a love marriage between the applicant and the deceased person. There was no question of demand of dowry by him. The applicant is in jail since 12.04.2025 and is ready to cooperate with trial. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. 5. Learned State Law Officer has vehemently opposed the bail application on the gro
