Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.343 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 238, 3(5) BNS, Police Station Mawana, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons, Suraj and Vansh Pandit have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide orders dated 18.11.2025 and 16.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.39602 of 2025 and 36027 of 2025, respectively. The applicant is languishing in jail since 27.8.2025.
