This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Jasim, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 421 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of NDPS Act, Police Station-Bhojpur, District-Moradabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused has been falsely implicated in the case wherein contraband 'charas' measuring 1200 gms has been recovered from the possession of accused applicant, which is marginally above the commercial quantity.
