Heard Sri Mohammad Haadi Zaidi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0028 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B, 34 of IPC, Police Station - Partapur, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion only. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that the death of deceased is stated to have occurred about 5-8 days prior to the postmortem examination, as such, the cause of death could not be ascertained. There is no material on record to suggest that the applicant hatched any conspiracy to commit the said offence.
