Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2024, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Daurala, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that prior to the institution of FIR, the father of the informant and the deceased instituted a missing report at the police station on 22.5.2024 and he did not whisper a single word against the applicant therein. The said missing report has been entered as GD 51 on 22.
